Board of Directors

The Diamond Bourse of Canada Board of Directors serves as the governing body and is responsible for establishing and managing the focus, activities and affairs of the corporation on important business issues.

The DBC board of directors is elected every two (2) years at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members.  Every member in good standing is eligible to vote in the election.
